Shipping policy

All of our products are FREE to deliver irrespective of the order size and location. The delivery takes on average approximately up to 5 business days. Kindly note that the shipping time frame is approximate since your location directly impacts the delivery time. For international shipping outside the UK, Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Iontited-Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
